1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship products across India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping arrangements or issue a full refund.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and order value.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Goa: 1–3 business days

  • Major cities in India: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details, where available.

6. Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Take clear photos of the package and products immediately.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Delayed Deliveries

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Span Screw cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
